Bug#759337: transition: (slot request) qtbase-opensource-src

What's going on w/ KF5?

Is there something like lauchpad where we can upload our debs?

I've been wanting to do some unofficial KF5 debs for fun and to share
but not do the whole project.

I see they have KF5 for Ubuntu Unicorn, but I'd like to have the
packages for Debian, of course.
