unixcw stuck in NEW

Hi,
Due to a mix up and my never seeing an email asking "I'm holding your
upload for a while because it introduces a little transition
libcw3-dev -> libcw4-dev) which should be approved by the Release Team
first."
unixcw has been stuck in NEW for 6 weeks.
I am the maintainer for the only package depending on unixcw and have
an upload prepared for the transition.
Can unixcw please go through NEW processing asap.
