This is a tiny transition: the only source package that will need
rebuilding is tesseract.

 $ grep-dctrl -FBuild-Depends libleptonica-dev -sPackage *
 Package: tesseract

Based on a quick test, tesseract builds and runs ok against leptonlib
from experimental.

'ben' parameters:

Affected: .build-depends ~ /libleptonica-dev/
Good: .depends ~ /liblept4/
Bad: .depends ~ /liblept3/

It should presumably wait for the libwebp transition due to the
overlap.
