Dear Release Team,

Please schedule a transition for the source package suitesparse. The new
version is currently in experimental. It features a SONAME bump of all library
packages (as with every new upstream release, since upstream does not track
ABI), and it also includes a small API change.

AFAICT, the following packages will need a sourceful upload due to the API
changes: julia, petsc, pysparse.

Also, some other affected packages (julia, elmerfem, python-scipy) are currently
FTBFSing in sid, see the blocking bugs.

For the other reverse build dependencies, a binNMU should be sufficient.

Ben file:

title = "suitesparse";
is_affected = .build-depends ~ /libsuitesparse-dev/;
is_good = .depends ~ /lib(amd2.3.1|camd2.3.1|btf1.2.0|colamd2.8.0|ccolamd2.8.0|cholmod2.1.2|csparse3.1.2|cxsparse3.1.2|klu1.2.1|ldl2.1.0|umfpack5.6.2|spqr1.3.1)/;
is_bad = .depends ~ /lib(amd2.2.0|camd2.2.0|btf1.1.0|colamd2.7.1|ccolamd2.7.1|cholmod1.7.1|csparse2.2.3|cxsparse2.2.3|klu1.1.0|ldl2.0.1|umfpack5.4.0)/;

Thanks,
