Correct. The dependencies of libopenscenegraph need to be updated before
it can be installed to satisfy the osgEarth build dependencies.

Current pbuilder builds fail to install the dependencies:

The following packages have unmet dependencies:
 libopenscenegraph99 : Depends: libavcodec53 (>= 6:0.8.3-1~) which is a
virtual package. or
                                libavcodec-extra-53 (>= 6:0.8.7) which
is a virtual package.
                       Depends: libavdevice53 (>= 6:0.8.3-1~) but it is
not going to be installed.
                       Depends: libavformat53 (>= 6:0.8.3-1~) which is a
virtual package.
                       Depends: libavutil51 (>= 6:0.8.3-1~) which is a
virtual package.
                       Depends: libcairo2 (>= 1.2.4) but it is not going
to be installed.
                       Depends: libcoin80 but it is not going to be
installed.
                       Depends: libpoppler-glib8 (>= 0.18) but it is not
going to be installed.
                       Depends: librsvg2-2 (>= 2.14.4) but it is not
going to be installed.
                       Depends: libswscale2 (>= 6:0.8.3-1~) but it is
not going to be installed.
                       Depends: libxine1 (>= 1.1.8) but it is not going
to be installed.
Unable to resolve dependencies! Giving up...

These are still the pre-libav9 transition versions.

The unmet dependencies are why I referred to it as "uninstallable". I
solved this with my local build of openscenegraph to verify that
osgEarth still builds successfully, and that the patch for #725383 works.
