Hi Sebastian,

thanks for your bug reports.

You are right that libuuid-perl and libtext-iconv-per need binNMUs;
just like 525 other packages, as mentioned on
http://release.debian.org/transitions/html/perl5.18.html .

The release team is well aware of the ongoing perl 5.18 transition:
http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=712615
And filing bugs for each single package doesn't help them :)

(BTW: Running unstable and blindly updating without checking which
packages are removed is not the best strategy in the long run …)
