The latter should of course be

libssh2-php | 0.11.3-0.1+b3 |    testing | amd64, armel, armhf, i386,
ia64, kfreebsd-amd64, kfreebsd-i386, mips, mipsel, powerpc, s390, s390x,
sparc

but the point remains that there doesn't appear to be any issue here.
