I accidentally started the gnome-bluetooth transition... :(

The number of packages affected is relatively small (~8) and we've
uploaded almost all of them already. I expect things to be ready real
soon so that this doesn't block other transitions (e.g. the apache one).

Ben file:

title = "gnome-bluetooth";
is_affected = .depends ~ "libgnome-bluetooth10" | .depends ~ "libgnome-bluetooth11";
is_good = .depends ~ "libgnome-bluetooth11";
is_bad = .depends ~ "libgnome-bluetooth10";

This was mostly done a while ago, but removal of the old library was
lagging because gnome-user-share was blocked behind apache. That's all
sorted now, so closing.
