Bug in apt/squeeze is quite sure, but cannot be fixed (in squeeze). IIRC
apt/wheezy would do the upgrade fine.
Anyway, in case you have some prospective packages to test, just upload
them somewhere and add a Packages file s.t. I can add this repository
with the --testdebs-repo piuparts option and I'll retest the current
failures.
