As mentioned on IRC, but for the record: According to RedHat Documentation[1] (I'm not using redhat-cluster myself) Cluster Logical Volume Manager (CLVM) is listed as 'supplement to the Red Hat Cluster Suite'. As such it seem that we could drop the clvm Depends for redhat-cluster-suite binary package.
