It might be useful (and would at least save us a little work) if
queue-viewer could automatically run check-ia32-libs (from
release-tools) against any ia32-libs{,-{core,gtk}} uploads it finds.

Whilst the queue output should only alert if any missing packages are
found, it might also be helpful to link to the report in any case and
somehow distinguish between a report with and without issues.

Closing this, since there are only 2-3 opu left and after that ia32-libs
is a transitional package / no more in stable updates.
