Bug#650601: libpng transition and how to deal with embedded copies

Hi, Norbert.

We re-start this transition with libpng1.6.
Previously, We tried to take a how to migrate directly from libpng15
to libpng12,
As pointed out from other developers, we have determined that this
method is difficult.
We are considering how to install at the same time libpng15 (libpng16)
and libong12, we are slowly migrating.

Now, I have create a package for libpng16[0]. And I am waiting for a
review of Anibal.
And I am testing build with libpng16[1].

We think that it can provide more detailed information in the next week.
