Hi,

I'm afraid that a regression has been discovered in the patch for
oldstable (i.e. wheezy is not affected). Some applications using
librsvg or its command line interface might get an error from rsvg
when trying to open a file without passing it as a URI, or when the
svg file tries to include a file without a URI.

I'm already working on a fix, but there's still one case (relative
paths) that I haven't managed to find a solution for.

Will keep you posted.
