I uploaded a new version of double-conversion which involves a SONAME bump.
Since there are only two reverse dependencies, and those are relatively
unimportant leaf packages, I did not bother asking for a transition slot.

Please therefore schedule the following binNMU request:

nmu julia_0.2.0+dfsg-3 minieigen_0.3~dfsg~bzr32-1 . ALL . -m "Rebuild against libdouble-conversion-dev (>= 2.0.0)"
