Hi,

GCC has been updated to 4.8 since the last build of boost1.49 and the
old libraries cause build failures occasionally;
c.f. https://buildd.debian.org/status/fetch.php?pkg=mriconvert&arch=mips&ver=1%3A2.0.4-1&stamp=1373192426
so I feel it would be best to rebuild the boost libraries.
