Severity: normal

The last build of src:gromacs on amd64 picked up CPU-specific optimizations
that not all such CPUs support. This seems to be build environment specific,
and a binNMU should fix it (no such problems on any previous autobuilt binary,
this is the first one in some time where amd64 was the maintainer build). A
proper long-term fix is planned for the next upstream release.

nmu gromacs_4.6.3-4 . amd64 . -m "Recompile without AVX extensions"

Thanks very much.

A new upstream release was just released, so I'll incorporate this into a new
sourceful upload instead. No further need to NMU.
