They are out-of-date in unstable:

 aspectc++ |    1:1.1+svn20120529-2 |   unstable | source, armel, armhf
 aspectc++ |                1:1.2-1 |   unstable | source, amd64, i386, ia64, kfreebsd-amd64, kfreebsd-i386, mips, mipsel

You either need to get the armel, armhf builds to be removed from
unstable through a bug against ftp.debian.org or get the package to
build there again.
