It got stuck behind libav / x264, but as of tonight's britney run:

$ dak ls lib{,ex}osip2-7
libosip2-7 |       3.6.0-4 |     stable | amd64, armel, armhf, i386, ia64, kfreebsd-amd64, kfreebsd-i386, mips, mipsel, powerpc, s390, s390x, sparc
libexosip2-7 |       3.6.0-4 |     stable | amd64, armel, armhf, i386, ia64, kfreebsd-amd64, kfreebsd-i386, mips, mipsel, powerpc, s390, s390x, sparc
$

Therefore closing this.

Regards,

Adam
