I'd like to launch a very small transition for an ABI bump in src:xbae,
which does have a renamed package (libxbae4 -> libxbae4m).  This is a
sub-dependency of the openmotif transition, #708462. It should affect
only three leaf packages:

* paw and geant321 will need binNMUs
* grace will recieve a sourceful upload at the same time as xbae (#717644)

All those packages have already been tested with the rebuilt xbae from
experimental, and no problems were seen.

This is all in testing as of a couple days ago, and libxbae4 is gone;
closing.
