No, that just means that a tracker has been set up. An ack would be
explicit and say "please go ahead" or something similar.

binNMUs are not scheduled automatically. ben produces the tracker web
pages, which show which packages need rebuilding; the binNMUs are
scheduled manually, by a member of the release team.
