Hi Release Team

Please remove libregexp-grammars-perl from testing to not block the
Perl 5.18 transition. Currently there are known incompatibilties for
Regexp::Grammars, see [1]. Possibly a complete solution for the
incompatibilties will be in place only with Perl 5.18.2 upstream, so
[1] is to block any further migration to testing. The build-failures
[2] will be fixed sooner in unstable.
