If "wait" means having different versions of packagekit in sid and
testing for an extended period then I'm very much not in favor of that.
I need the path clear for new kde/gnome packages to get into jessie at
some point soon.  So either packagekit 0.8 is able to move to jessie
soon, or we revert to 0.7 in sid until 0.8 is ready.
