Oops. I was using my usual library-transition chroot, which I'd
evidently forgotten to reset since using it to test compatibility with
libpng 1.5.x; sorry about that. Thanks for pointing it out!

I believe we now have changelog.Debian.$arch.gz files to address that concern.
That said, the release team's been asking for a new sourceful upload,
which makes this a moot point.
