I'm not sure if this is the right place to ask for binNMUs in backports, but
let's see ;)

Please schedule a binNMU for irssi in squeeze-backports on i386. It looks like
it wasn't built in a squeeze environment and depends on package not available
there (#710054).

nmu irssi_0.8.15-5~bpo60+1 . i386 . -m "Rebuild in Squeeze."

I'm not sure either, tbh. Probably not though.

You actually want:
nmu irssi_0.8.15-5~bpo60+1 . i386 . squeeze-backports . -m "Rebuild in Squeeze."

Done.
