You are right, the unstable libpeas package does build against gjs, this was only enabled in 1.7.0-1. > gnome-documents does, but with no subsequent runtime dependency. Yeah, rebuilding gnome-documents was actually pointless. gnome-documents doesn't use libgjs, but the gjs command line tool. So the list is basically just gnome-shell and cinnamon.
