Hi,

please update Ben file for tracking libgd2 transition after the
package name change as agreed on #debian-release.

New Ben file:

is_affected = .build-depends ~ /libgd(|2|2-noxpm|2-xpm)-dev/
is_good = .depends ~ /libgd3/
is_bad = .depends ~ /libgd2-(noxpm|xpm|3)/
