Please binNMU phonetisaurus against the new libfst1

Hello,

recently openfst source package has been updated and it now builds libfst1 instead of libfst0.
It is possible to build phonetisaurus against the new libfst1.
Only foo and bar seem affected.
New libfst1 is not built everywhere yet, some dep-waits are needed.

  nmu phonetisaurus_0.7.8-2 . ALL . -m 'Rebuild against libfst1.'
  dw phonetisaurus_0.7.8-2 . mipsel . -m 'libfst1'
