According to the changelog:

+  * New upstream release, required by syncevolution 1.3.1
+    (Closes: #694005)

wheezy (and in fact sid) appear to have pre-releases calling themselves
1.2.99. Does this issue actually apply to the versions of syncevolution
which we are currently shipping?
