Hi,

I would like to upload wireshark/1.8.2-5wheezy2 to
testing-proposed-updates to fix upgrade failure reported in #704561.

Please see the proposed diff attached. The same fix has already been
applied and uploaded
to sid's wireshark version.

Changes:
 wireshark (1.8.2-5wheezy2) wheezy-proposed-updates; urgency=low
 .
   * make libwsutil-dev confict with and replace wireshark-dev (<< 1.4.0~rc2-1)
     (Closes: #704561)

Thanks,
Balint
