Looking again at coin3-library and trying to get a newer version, I
realized, that the latest available version is the same as in
Debian, 3.1.3. This version, seems, has been released in 2010,
when the license was GPL.
The last commit into VCS was in December 2011, one of them - changing
the headers to BSD-license [3]. But after that time there was no
release.
And, it seems, the project is abandoned.
Of course, I will grab and package the VCS-version to solve a license
problem, but for the time being, from my point of view, #617613 is
not
relevant any more. And it would be nice to get a wheezy-exception-tag
for freecad.
