I've tested -6 on kfreebsd now and indeed it doesn't work (ie "gnunet-peerinfo -i" fails), and what's worse, it also rapidly fills 
/var/log/gnunetd/gnunetd.log, about a gigabite in 15min.

So, dear release team, once again thanks for your strictness, resulting in the Debian quality we all love!

I've uploaded 0.9.3-7 a few minutes ago, with the following debdiff to 0.9.3-5.

I guess this now also needs removals of the kfreebsd binaries from unstable, doesn't it?
