Please unblock package vera

  * QA upload.

  * Add missing ${misc:Depends}.
  * Drop base-files dependency.

  * Rebuild against current debhelper for trigger support.  (Closes: #689774)

That may not qualify for fixing in the freeze, but vera seems to be the
very last package in wheezy reporting

  Setting up vera (1.17-5) ...
  Ignoring install-info called from maintainer script
  The package vera should be rebuilt with new debhelper to get trigger support

during installation. Also it may be useful to not ship obsolete
maintainer information in wheezy.
