Are the debdiffs for the various NMUs in the BTS somewhere?  0.3.1-2.3
seems to add /usr/share/dpkg/buildflags.mk to debian/rules, with no
build-dependency, which is not the same thing as "compile with -O2 on
mipsel".  Why?
