Please unblock package psmisc

unblock psmisc/22.19-2

psmisc 22.19-2 is a minimal change to 22.19-1 that fixes a bug for
kFreeBSD systems (see #687829) where they don't shutdown cleanly.

Other than the version number the debdiff says there is no difference
to the packages. The patch involved is bug687829-kfreebsd-hang.patch
which basically sets the root pid to 0.
22.20-1 also fixes this but that is probably a much bigger change
to swallow while 22.19-2 is a minimal change.

By "this report" I meant #699308, which doesn't appear to have had a
debdiff in the bug log until someone else added one after your mail.
That debdiff shows changes to patches/series and a new patch being
added, as I'd expect, on top of the changelog changes.

(and by "prepare" I meant "prepare" not "upload"; ah well.)

Unblocked; thanks for the fix.

Adam
