Dear Release Team
I would like to request a Freeze Exception for package kstars-data-extra-
tycho2_1.1r1-9 that I maintain.
Package was found as probably non-free in stable (#681654), so I have get
uploaded a new version to NEW for unstable that clarifies the legal status and
also moves the package from main to non-free.
I also took the opportunity to update debconf translations.
There are no code changes to the package (mostly because it contains no code,
it is a data only package) so I think it could be granted a Freeze Exception
due to #681654 being of severity serious.
