Bug#697711: unblock: apt-dater/0.9.0-3+wheezy1

Please unblock package apt-dater
It fixes bug #697330 which should be included into Wheezy, so that..
a) Wheezy kernels are not displayed as selfbuilt ones
b) so on also the restart detection works (if the kernel needs a restart after
an security update)
