from qpid-cpp/0.16-7?

hmm - do I need to upload a new version for unstable in this case, too? The
docs say something about: the version for testing-proposed-updates
needs to be
above than the one in testing (check) and under the one in unstable (buzzer).

Where's the issue? There's a multitude of available versions that fulfil that criterion - 0.16-6+deb7u1, for instance.
