Please unblock package policyd-weight, it fixes a non RC bug and updates standards version 3.9.3. It's just
minimal changes. From the Changelog:

policyd-weight (0.1.15.2-3) unstable; urgency=low

   * Updating standards version to 3.9.3
   * Fixed 02_cacherejectmsg.patch (modify $CACHEREJECTMSG instead
     of $REJECTMSG), thanks to Marcel Meckel (Closes: #598844)
