Please unblock package libmojolicious-perl

This new version contains a small patch that fixes a nasty bug
(#686750)

This patch was taken from upstream (and slightly adapted for Wheezy's
mojolicious version). Other changes are minor versioned dependency
cleanup on debian/control.
