nmu xemacs21_21.4.22-4 . amd64 . -m "rebuild against Berkeley DB 5.1.x"

xemacs21's binary packages accidentally wound up depending on the
obsolete libdb4.8 package on amd64; please rebuild them against libdb5.1.
