Please unblock package iceape

This is a security and stability upstream update, the same as iceweasel
10.0.7esr-1. The one difference with iceweasel 10.0.7esr-1 is that this
version of iceape contains a patch that is only in iceweasel 10.0.7esr-2,
which re-enables WebGL with mesa, assuming users will have updated to
mesa 8.0.4-2 on wheezy.
