Please unblock package libsbsms

The new upstream release 2.0.1 contains just one bug fix (found by the Audacity developers). This bug fix touches src/buffer.cpp and src/buffer.h [1]. All other changes are just visual clutter and have no effect on the package.

Hmmm, okay; unblocked.

It would be nice if upstream shipped a changelog, or something.
