priorities for fixing gcc-4.7 build failures

looking for issues in ongoing transitions. Adam Barret suggested for transitions
that aren't boost or libtiff-symbols, NMUs to delayed/2 would be appreciated; if
need be he'll sort out reschdeduling them. stuff that's only in boost or tiff
aren't blockers right now, so delayed/whatever will work.
I'll start with the apt related ones today.
