Right. I just had looked at the amd64 version back then, which didn't
have a libcogl5 dependency. Most likely because at that time libclutter
did not depend on libcogl yet, while newer clutter versions do.
As the armhf, hurd and s390x builds were built against newer versions,
they got a dependency on libcogl5.

So I'd say just rebuild all archs for clutter-imcontext, so we have a
consistent state now.
