cheese had soname bumps for libcheese and libcheese-gtk so the rdeps
need to be rebuilt:

nmu empathy_3.2.2-1+b1 . ALL . -m "Rebuild against cheese 3.4"
nmu gnome-control-center_1:3.2.2-3 . ALL . -m "Rebuild against cheese 3.4"

Please add a dw on libcheese-gtk-dev 3.4.0-1
