nmu tinc_1.1~pre2-2 . ALL . -m "rebuild against libevent-2.0-5" -d experimental

tinc/experimental is currently uninstallable due to its dependency on
the no longer available libevent-1.4-2.

Please schedule binNMUs for tinc, I successfully tested rebuild and
installation on amd64.
