I'm not part of the release team, but it seems these changes conflict with the
freeze policy on http://release.debian.org/wheezy/freeze_policy.html
Can you specify which changes can be classified under those 4 points, and
remove the other changes?
Only #622563 is important. The fix you propose here is to remove the udev
rule.
The other bugs are normal or even minor.
Changes to the build system are generally not accepted.
The only real change that might be acceptable is the removal of the udev rule
("fixes for severity: important bugs in packages of priority: optional or
extra, only when this can be done via unstable"). The changes to the Vcs-*
and maintainer fields probably count as "translation updates and documentation
fixes that are included with fixes for the above criteria".
Can you create a new patch with only those changes?
