Don't worry about that, bugs are a lot easier for us to track and more
visible than a d-release mail.

Having seen the upstream site, which (to me) showed threats to some
"unnamed" hacker about exposing hidden URLs and getting Google to
blacklist their URL... I am honestly considering that 1) would be a
disservice to our users.

How difficult would it be to add some "simple collapsing" code for
Wheezy? The problem I have with 2) and 3) is that it is a regression
for people using cacti already.
If we were to go with 3), I would (personally) like to see
instructions included for how to install jstree to restore the
collapsing behaviour. That said, I am not much for "hi, we broke the
package, and you can get a fixed version in Jessie or DIY now by doing
X, Y and Z"...

If cacti was the only package to embed jstree for Wheezy... then again,
given we already have 4 copies according to your [4] reference.

I'd recommend uploading 4) to experimental, compile a debdiff and send
it our way. We may have to back down 3) or 1) once we see the debdiff, but

Sorry, no comments on this one...
