Please unblock package auctex allowing in 11.86-11, uploaded to unstable
today.

11.86-11 fixes:
  - #675752 and #686366: these bugs stem from a misunderstanding of mine
about how the postinst is passed parameters when triggered as well
as from a code error of mine about how bash expands words in
variable substitution; they really should be fixed, and the fix is
small and understandable. They particularly affect installations
with more than one GNU Emacs flavor installed; while wheezy only
sports emacs23, AFAIK quite a few GNU Emacs users also install
    emacs-snapshot.
  - #681481: wheezy sports TeX Live 2012, which introduced a new
filesystem layout; auctex trigger declaration of interest has to be
    updated accordingly.
  - #657761: auctex version 11.86-10.1, now in testing, already supports
emacs-snapshot; unfortunately the support is half-broken due to a
missing Depends alternative: users of the auctex package are not
allowed to uninstall emacs23 in favor of emacs-snapshot.

11.86-11 also:
  - acknowledges Christian Perrier l10n 11.86-10.1 NMU;
  - fixes copyright and initial translation attribution in the two po
files touched by 11.86-10.1 (with no translation wording changes).

The debdiff against the package in testing is attached.

unblock auctex/11.86-11
