And the update/reformat of control and copyright did not improve the patch. The only way out of it would be to prepare a version 1.004-1+deb7u1 with a minimal doc patch. But this process is more work for you and me for: - a package with a very low popcon (10) - an application mostly useful for testing/sid So I won't do it, I'll close this bug in a few days. > > Here are a few comments, though: > > +Depends: ${perl:Depends}, > > + ${misc:Depends}, > > + libconfig-model-perl (>= 1.245), > > I'm under the impression that debian/control was not updated to match > e.g. the bumped versioned dependency on Config::Model. Perhaps it's > not an isolated case. Well, it's a bit of a corner case, this module can work with older Config::Model (with config-edit) and the new one (with cme). The doc does imply a recent Config::Model, the code does not... So nothing's broken, but it can be confusing. Anyway, next upstream version will require a change there. > > + migriate older configurations without user interaction (cme migrate > > s/migriate/migrate/ Fixed in git. Thanks for your time and sorry for posting a patch so boring. Dominique
