Yes. In retrospect, that was a bad idea.
And the update/reformat of control and copyright did not improve the patch.
The only way out of it would be to prepare a version 1.004-1+deb7u1 with a
minimal doc patch.
But this process is more work for you and me for:
- a package with a very low popcon (10)
- an application mostly useful for testing/sid
So I won't do it, I'll close this bug in a few days.

Well, it's a bit of a corner case, this module can work with older
Config::Model (with config-edit) and the new one (with cme). The doc does
imply a recent Config::Model, the code does not... So nothing's broken, but it
can be confusing.
Anyway, next upstream version will require a change there.
